We are collecting supplies now to help with overrun and overtaxed animal shelters that are trying to keep animals from being euthanized. Help has been requested from us and anyone who can offer donations or can foster or adopt. More info to come or send us an email if you want to help.
We collected and delivered bags and purses filled with supplies to an awesome organization in the Chicago area that serves those who need a helping hand to get back into jobs or employment.
We were honored to collect and supply the medical supplies and medicines requested by a group of incredible nurses who traveled with Solid Rock Foundation to the Dominican Republic to offer free clinics to those in rural areas who had not been able to get service for much of the pandemic.
A member of the BD Poms Coaching Team in Ft. Wayne organized a list to help parents streamline the donation of concession items for a Fundraising Camp put on by the Poms Team to purchase new uniforms.
Hundreds of donated purses were filled with supplies that were listed by at risk women & teens, specifically those in transition out of situations of domestic abuse or violence.
Items requested by community members living outdoors in camps and tents were listed, purchased and gathered into care packages and dropped off throughout the Charlotte, NC area. Meals were also sponsored and distributed when needed.
Team members in Indiana hosted several donation drives, collecting gently used goods and list items including purses to be filled with essentials and shared with unhoused community members. Other drives were for camping supplies and personal hygiene items to be given to victims of natural disaster and/or local individuals in need.
Donating cat and dog food and other needed items to those across the country helping with the rescue and recovery of our furry friends, specifically in California & Texas in 2019 & 20.
Helping teachers in North Carolina make more impact in the lives of students in underserved areas by creating lists and allowing donors to send the requested supplies directly to the teachers. Some list items were also sent to teachers in Indiana.
In late summer and fall of 2020, we served along with a handful of other nonprofits in providing food, supplies and assistance to those affected by the very active hurricane activity in Southwest Louisiana. Volunteers and team members were also able to participate in debris clearing projects set up through Cajun Navy in Lake Charles, LA.
A wish list was posted for New Challenge Food Bank in Torrance, CA, to help with diminished supplies and increased need due to the pandemic. Items were purchased and sent directly to the food bank while they were continuing to serve their community while dealing with increased stress on area food supplies and pantries.
Lists were created and fulfilled for women's personal hygiene items that were then distributed by the Model Behavior Organization of Los Angeles.
Helping to support those displaced by the 2018 Woolsey and Hill fires in California. Collections set up by a board member in Los Angeles were distributed while she was out helping to rescue and transport animals that had been trapped or injured in the fires.
Donating food items for distribution to those in need by sending them to a 3rd grade student in Indiana who collects them on behalf of his local food pantry organizations.
Supporting programs to rebuild after hurricanes Maria and Irma. Providing tools and education for at-risk youth who complete the building projects through the "My Brother's Workshop" organization.
